Mortimer Toynbee™

Hopping away from his meeting with Victor, he heads back to the mansion, using the rooftops to get back. He walks through the same path Olivia took him through and came inside wondering if she was home.

He decided he might just grab a shower before looking for something of James that might give off a sent. Maybe the guy worked out a lot and had a lucky shirt he never washed. He headed back to the bathroom.

Olivia had gone out tonight, meaning, she had spent a good deal of her energy taking out a jewelry store that had been closed up for the night. She wandered through the warehouse turned mansion, back up to her room with a sable bag in hand, it was filled with things she needed to start out. Hearing the water running, she smirked to herself, he did decide to stay, after all. She would busy herself with dumping out the bag of jewels, necklaces, rings, bracelets. Anything that had a gem stone in it.

Olivia would wait for him to come out to see her, she wanted to make use of the shower too, but didn't want to startle him by just entering. There was one thing she had of James' that wasn't washed, and wasn't put away neatly. It was an old gym bag that had things in it that she never bothered to open and look at. It was somewhere in the back of her closet.

Mortimer Toynbee™

After his shower, Mortimer left his clothes on the bathroom floor and grabbed a towel to dry his head, not bothering to cover up. He hummed some tune he couldn't remember the name to when he came in and saw her emptying her loot. "Nice haul. Hit a jewelry store on the way back?"

Olivia Foster

"Mmm-hmm," cameras had been blasted first, before her face was even seen, then people were blasted, injured or dead, she didn't care. Then the cases, and she took what she pleased. She slipped rings on her fingers, looped necklaces around her neck before she beckoned him to come to the bed to her. She plucked o a particularly lovely men's ring and she lifted a brow.

"I saw this, and I thought you would love it." She'd offer her hand for him to take, so she could slip that ring on his finger. Right hand..left, not like it truly mattered.

Mortimer Toynbee™

He took it and placed it on his right hand. The middle finger unfortunately. "Cool. That's my girl." Wrapping his hands around her waist and bring his lips to hers into a deep kiss. His tongue flicked out to wrap around her head to pull her close.

Olivia Foster

"Mmm," eager and ready, tonight it seems, not that she'd complain. After heists she'd roll in money, maybe they could roll in jewels, though..that might be a tad uncomfortable, a lot of them were sharp in places.

She was so grateful to have him back in her life, happy that he was there, he'd be the only one to receive her mercy, but he'd receive the greatest wrath if he ever found out he was lying.

Mortimer Toynbee™

"Damn if feels good to be back. Feels like I haven't been around here in forever since the change. You may not believe this but I feel out of shape though. Just been hopping around and testing out what I got but I haven't hit the gym in a while now." He tilted his head at her and glances at the jewels. "You goin' anywhere else tonight or settlin' in?"

Olivia Foster

"Settling in, you're gym bag's in the closet though. I didn't ..wash anything.." Olivia made something of a face before returning her attention to all the pretty jewels. "I also got you a tooth brush today." That could either be coincidental that she said that after kissing him, or it could be a subtle hint.

She began to sort the diamonds from the sapphires, and those from the rubies. Her attention was off of him and back on her loot.

Mortimer Toynbee™

"Ohh. Good. I'm my lucky bag after all. Would hate you to wash all the luck out before I was finished with it." Jackpot. "So where is it? The bag, I mean."

Subtle hint heard loud and clear though. He made a face of his own but didn't say anything.

Olivia Foster

Olivia glanced up to him and she pointed to the closet. "All the way in the back on the floor in the left corner." It was a large walk in with lots of clothes, several suits, but other things, like...body armor, guns, other weapons. There was a heavy safe there too. It's why her finding Kevlar in his clothes hadn't really ...surprised her or made her pause at all. She had her own little secrets, and her own little hidden darkness.

Back there, in the closet, there were other pieces of luggage, but only one duffle bag. In it were boxing gloves, work out clothes, sweat bands, towels, sneakers, a mouth guard, and like she'd said, none of them had been washed.

Mortimer Toynbee™

Jackpot indeed. He looked past the guns and vests, grabbing the bag and taking a big whiff with a smile on his face. "Smells like money." Said to himself. "Thanks love. You don't mind if I borrow a few guns in here too, do ya? Promise to put 'em back where I found 'em."

Olivia Foster

"Go ahead honey..oh." she stood up and she wandered into the closet, she looked a bit..well, gaudy with all the jewels on her, and she shook her head. "Before I forget. This is a new safe, I have to program your fingerprint into it."

She moved to the tall safe, and she put her thumb on the pad, and it whirred to life, after pressing a few buttons, she glanced to him. "Put your thumb here, and next time you'll be able to open it..."

Mortimer Toynbee™

Tilting his head at her and the safe, he pressed his thumb to the reader, whistling. "Nice. Keeping most of your fortunes here then?"

Olivia Foster

"Escaped cons can't really go depositing money into banks, at least not American ones. I keep some cash on hand, a quarter of a million, usually, the rest is in Bermuda."

The door would hiss open, and inside was an impressive stack of cash, along with other things, more sacred jewelry, and odd things like drawings, and even what appeared to be a hermetically sealed container, but inside the contents were hidden. He'd have to open it to see two human hearts inside. Preserved.

"If you need some, don't hesitate, it's yours too."

Mortimer Toynbee™

He raises an eyebrow and suddenly felt the need to jump for joy but didn't want to hit his head on the ceiling, but he did come up behind her, wrapping his arms around her waist and kissing her neck. "Damn. What kinda fool decides to leave all this behind for a wife that dumps you for a small skin condition?"

Olivia Foster

"I'm glad to see you've come to your senses, love." She grinned to herself and she slipped her hands over his around her waist. It was nice to have someone to open up to, to confide in, to have wonderfully criminal acts done with. She glanced over her shoulder to him.

"You wouldn't feel like going out and robbing people, would you, love? Maybe nab us a few purses, or...more?" She snickered to herself.

Mortimer Toynbee™

"Always, love. Always. But I should probably put some clothes on first." He smiles and walks back to the bathroom to get his gear.

After a few minutes, he comes back in with his pants and boots on. "You got anything in mind?"

Olivia Foster

She hadn't changed, she was still wearing all black, a pair of black leather pants and a clinging black top. "Well, I know of a club that's just letting out around now, and it happens to be where a lot of FoH idiots hang out. I need to expend a bit more energy before I can sleep tonight anyway."

She started sauntering toward the bedroom door and she waited a moment before she paused. She'd put all the jewelry in the safe, and she'd sell it later on the black market, but for now, she wanted to have some fun with her dearest.

"Care for a lift?"

Mortimer Toynbee™

Nods. "Nice. Been a while since I cracked some heads. Don't think they'll like my handsome face though." He says with a smirk. He slipped on his shirt, vest, and gloves.

"It's be a pleasure, milady." He said with a bow. This one was a lot of fun and now that he'd had the items he needed, she'd only have fun with him.

Olivia Foster

Once outside in the cool night air, she stepped up close to him, put her arms around him securely, and then...with a slight lurch, they were in the air. It wasn't her strength keeping them aloft, but the energy she expelled from the bottoms of her feet and she was able to glide them easily through the sky. High above the buildings, it was a lovely site, one she adored, and would always, she figured.

She would come to settle on a roof top across the street from this club, 'no mutants allowed' was plastered in several places, even was alight on a neon sign. People milled in and out of the building, every one of them a mutant hating human, or so she believed.

"Look at all the pretties, baby, let's make them all scream."

Mortimer Toynbee™

Propelling them upwards, he wrapped his arms around her out of reflex and was forced to recognize yet another aspect of her he was impressed with.

As they landed, his eyes narrowed at the crowd exciting the building along with all the 'no mutants allowed' signs. "And after that, let's be sure and burn this place to the ground." He loved killing FoH members. No matter what you did to them, you never felt bad. Especially when hearing all that 'no more mutants' rhetoric, one could feel almost justified.

"Would the lady like to go first or shall I?"

Olivia Foster

"Lemme," she grinned coyly as she slipped up into the air, she fed off of the energy of the crowd who started to shout insults at her as she landed. Her body was alive with power and she could only grin at them. Oh, she would have fun tonight.

She brashly stepped up to one couple and grasped the lady by the hair, she forced a rather deep powerful kiss on the woman's mouth before she put her hand over her mouth and energy sprouted from her hand through the woman's head and out the back, splattering her boyfriend, or husband, or hell brother, with her brains and blood. She blew him a kiss and turned releasing arcs of brilliantly white lightning-like energy through the crowd, knocking people through windows and into each other.

Toad™

"Whoa. Wicked." She had imagination. Being crazy must have automatically come with that benefit. She looked Alpha level; no doubt about that, so he would have to be careful. Get those clothes to Creed and find this James guy right away.

He waited until she'd cleared a good portion of the crowd before butting in. Someone still alive/conscious tried pulling a gun on her but Toad hopped down and stomped on him with all his weight. The impact crushed the man instantly making a lovely sound of bone collapsing and organs popping.

Olivia Foster

Olivia heard that sound that he caused and she shivered with delight, "oo, I love that sound, baby, make it again for me...with this one?"

One guy was running out, panicked, there were still people inside. She gave him a jolt enough to knock him down, but not harm him or make him unconscious.

"Can you do it slow? Like first his legs, then his pelvis, then his chest and then his head?" That was a wickedly delightful look in her eyes, like this was turning her on terribly.

"Please baby? Make him suffer?"

Toad might notice the man wide-eyed with fear was wearing an 'FoH' button on his jacket.

Toad™

"Anything for my girl." He hopped right off the corpse he'd been crouching on and, as she asked, landed full force on his legs, eliciting a loud scream. A flip upwards a few feet and back down hard on his spine, another loud scream as Toad hopped off him. The idiot was still trying to crawl away even as Mort took one more leap upwards and landed down on his head, crushing it like the rest of him and ending his pain.

The power in his legs was quite evident. "Good enough?" He asked like a singer finishing a performance.

Olivia Foster

"Oh baby, you're turning me on so much right now," she purred before entering the building, she shot an arc of energy at the glasses hanging over the bar, eliciting screams of panic from the people hiding behind the bar. She hopped up onto the bar, well, floated up, but she landed with ease and looked down at them. "Oh, lookit, they're darling."

She landed behind the bar and plucked up a girl by the hair, she slammed her head into the bar, once...twice..three times. By this time the girl was out, yet she kept bashing her head into the bar, leaving sticky blood smears over the bar top. She then let the dead girl fall and she wiped up a little of the blood and licked off her fingers, before she glanced down at another of the patrons, and she blasted energy through his chest, leaving a hole the diameter of a golf ball through him. He panicked, blood poured from the gaping wound, he got up and scampered over the bar, which made her laugh.

"Oh baby, look at this, he thinks he'll survive that."

Toad™

He took a lighter from his pocket and lit two cigarettes already in his mouth. He lit them and watched the poor schmuck run past him. "And three..." get a few feet, ",,,two..." then fall flat on his face. "...one." Idiot didn't know he was dead already. "Right on time."

He handed her one. "Come on love, all this killin's is making me anxious. Let's finish up her and head home." When she took the cig, he'd toss his lit Zippo behind the booze-soaked counter, lighting the others on fire as well. Writing in agony, they tried in vain to put the fire out.

Olivia Foster

Olivia sent another arc of energy over the bar, shattering bottles of alcohol, raining more fuel to the fire on the people below. She randomly sent other jolts through the place, here and there, one burst a television another a speaker which sparked and caught on fire due to the drink that had been sitting on it. She took a long drag off of the cigarette, and she pecked a kiss to his cheek.

"I haven't had this much fun, baby, in a couple years...you really know how to give a girl a good time."

She stepped out into the night air, loving the sight of all the dead bodies around her, and she pouted thoughtfully. "I wish I had my camera." She waited for him to step beside him, holding her arm out for him as she did. "Let's go home, baby."

Toad™

He shrugs then. "I try. what can I say; I haven't changed so much I don't know how to have fun once in a while."

He took a long drag before tossing it aside. He wrapped his arms around her for the trip home. "It's alright love. We'll come back and do it again sometime."

Olivia Foster

"If they rebuild this after that? I'm going to turn the building to rubble," she pecked his cheek and flicked her cigarette back into the direction of the burning building. She then lifted them both up into the air in the direction of home. Every once in a while she gave his neck an affectionate nuzzle. Once she got past his new appearance, it was like old times.

Toad™

"You did great. Poetry down there." His gold rimmed eyes looking into hers. His hands mover lower, reaching down and groping her. This close he couldn't resist. "So, what do you say to keep the party going after we get back?"

Olivia Foster

"I do love parties," she said as she boosted the output from her feet, and launched them even faster toward home, zipping through the sky like a lightning bug.
